I am very proud to announce my new broodmare La Jolie who is a 10yro Oldenburg grey mare. Jolie is graded into the main studbook for the Oldenburg society and up to now has produced four Premium Oldenburg foals!!

I must give a big thanks to my good friend Karen for finding this superb mare as she knew i was looking for a excellent showjump broodmare. Jolie is mostly Holteiner lines with her sire being Lurex Z who was sired by the great two time south German Champion Lucky Luke who was also Champion of breeding stallions and winner of several Grand Prix classes and placed highly internationally.

Lucky Luke is sired by the great Lacapo who also sired the great stallion Flemmingh This line then goes back to Landgraf and Landykiller!

The dam line is Jerome-Jupiter-Duellant which is very important and well known in Germany for producing high class showjumpers. The founder of this line is Julius Caesar who was the TB who bred in Hanover and produced Julier who produced Excellent high class showjumpers. His top sons are Jupiter l and ll and their sons Jura and Juon. These stallions were almost a certain to produce you a jumper of 1m40 and above!

The Duellant line was founded in Mecklenburg and Hanover and was renowned for producing excellent ride ability and big movement and some top dressage horses were founded from this line but also very good jumpers.

The 2 bay horses in the pictures above are Jolies youngstock the first picture is of her 5yro who is now jumping in all of the young horse classes in Gemrnay and doing very well and the second seen loose jumping was attending her mare performance test for the Oldenburg graded where she got top marks especially for her jumping ability and passed with flying colours.

The foal for 2011 is much anticipated as it is without a doubt going to be a force to be reckoned with in the showjump ring so if you are REALLY serious about owning a high quality and serious high potential competitior then look no further!

LORD Z DETAILS (in foal for 2011)

The sire and grand sire of Holstein Lord Z (lineage 206) served only the very best mares of their breeding districts, thus improving the quality of this lineages. Lord Z demonstrated his inherited talents in a splendid manner by jumping clear round in nine of the competitions for 4-year olds. Now Lord Z does very well on international Grand Prix-level with Swiss Beat Mandli.

His technique and mentality make this bloodtype jumper a great contributer to our breeding program. Lord Z is a son from the legendary Lord, who is also the sire of the famous international jumpers like Livius and Lugana.

Grandsire Calando I also jumped at grand prix level and was world famous with Karsten Huck and Edgar-Henry cCueper respectively. Lord Z descends from the holsteiner line number 206. The dam of the international jumper Atlantic from Wout-Jan van der Schans is a full sister to Lord Z. Lord Z himself jumped succesfully on the international circuit at grand prix level with victories and high placings in, for example, 1st Cannes, 1st Munich, 2nd Kuala Lumpur, 3rd Zurich etc.

The oldest offspring of Lord Z are already jumping at grand prix level. The mare Nicolette, who won the grand prix of Madrid, is currently very famous with Robert Whitaker, but also, Lolfee, My Lord, Nigel, Lordana, Phillip, Little B, Liberty and Odea are succesfull in the international classes. Lord Classics (v. Lord Z) won the Grand Prix of Leipzig with Marcus Ehning and Philip (v. Lord Z) was 7th in the world cup jumping of Dubai. Lord Z is highly ranked on the german jumping index with 149 points and also has a high reliability. Lord Z is approved for Bayern, Zangersheide, Oldenburg International, Holstein, acc. KWPN
